Hi, I'm Nora. I'm a business executive and a full-time mom with ADHD. I use AI every day to make my life easier, because none of us need one more thing.
I started One Less Thing because I wanted a space to try new things in AI, share what I learn so you can skip the time and effort, and see what other moms are doing in real time. What I'm testing right now goes in the Tried by Nora feed.
The whole point is more time to be present for the best parts of parenting.
A lot of this site is gathered and organized with AI, and I review it before it goes up. This isn't my full-time job. My ADHD is my own experience, not medical advice.

- AI standing in for parenting: comfort, discipline, big talks
